  1. Services Provided

We offer a range of automotive services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine Maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
  • Diagnostics and Inspections
  • Engine, Brake, Transmission Repairs

  • Tire Services
  • Air Conditioning and Heating Repair
  • Bodywork and Collision Repair

All services are subject to parts availability and may vary depending on the make, model, and condition of the vehicle.

  1. Estimates and Approvals

Before starting any repairs, we will provide you with an estimate of the total cost, including parts and labor. By approving the estimate, you authorize us to carry out the necessary work. In the event that additional repairs are needed, we will notify you for approval before proceeding. Please note:

Estimates: Are non-binding and subject to revision if unforeseen issues arise during the repair process.

Approval: We will not proceed with any work beyond the scope of the initial estimate without your consent.

  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle, including its service history, current condition, and any known issues.
  • Retrieve your vehicle promptly after repairs are completed. Vehicles left unclaimed beyond a reasonable time (typically 30 days) may incur storage fees.
  1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Please note:

Parts and Labor Costs: Costs will be clearly outlined in the final invoice. Parts may be new, used, or refurbished, depending on your preference and availability.

Unforeseen Costs: If additional repairs or parts are required, you will be informed, and any added costs will be reflected in the updated invoice.

Late Payments: Failure to pay in full upon completion of services may result in late fees or legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

  1. Warranties

We stand by the quality of our work and offer warranties on certain repairs and parts. Warranty terms include:

Parts Warranty: New parts installed by us typically carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which will be provided at the time of service.

Labor Warranty: We offer a warranty on labor for most repairs. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover additional wear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

Warranties do not apply if the vehicle has been tampered with or serviced by another mechanic without our prior consent.

Pre-existing Issues: Any pre-existing issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed or identified prior to repair.

Parts Failure: Failures related to parts supplied by the client or third-party parts, as well as manufacturer defects in parts.

Vehicle Damage: Any damage resulting from factors beyond our control, such as vandalism, theft, or accidents occurring after the vehicle leaves our premises.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  1. Towing Services

If your vehicle is towed to our shop, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the towing process, as towing services are provided by third-party companies. If you require towing, we can recommend a trusted provider, but you are free to choose your own.

  1. Storage Fees

Vehicles left at our shop for more than a required days after repairs have been completed may incur daily storage fees. We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup, and it is your responsibility to arrange timely collection.

  1. Environmental and Hazardous Waste Disposal

We comply with all applicable environmental regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous materials, such as used oil, batteries, and other automotive fluids. A small fee may be charged for environmental handling and disposal, which will be disclosed in your invoice.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers

In some cases, we may recommend or use third-party services (e.g., for specialized repairs like transmission rebuilds or auto glass replacement). While we take care in recommending reputable providers, we are not responsible for their actions or services. You should review their terms and conditions before proceeding.

  1. Customer-Supplied Parts

If you choose to supply your own parts for repairs, we are not responsible for any issues related to part quality or fit. We reserve the right to refuse installation of parts that we determine to be incompatible, unsafe, or likely to cause damage.
