What vehicles do you service?

Our team of Auto Collision Repair Experts are I-CAR Certified and repair all vehicle collisions, framing and painting. All makes and models are welcome.

How much does an estimate cost?

Nothing! Estimates are completely free.

Can a tow truck drop-off my vehicle at your facility?

Yes, we have an after-hours drop-off key box in a well-lit area.

How can I pay for the repairs?

We work with most insurance companies, and in most cases, you can sign a Direction To Pay Form and we will work directly with your insurance company for payment. Deductibles can be paid in cash, check or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, we will provide you with a written lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials.

Will my paint match and meet the factory standards?

Yes, we have our own paint mix room and can spray test panels when there are alternate colors.

We also have a paint reader machine that gives us the formula of the existing paint on your vehicle.

We paint in a dust free, positive pressure heated paint booth to prevent contaminants. After the paint color is completed, we spray a clearcoat topcoat and our booth is put on a bake cycle to cure the paint to factory standards.


How do you measure panels on the vehicle?

We have a Chief Laser measuring system and a Matrix Wand with blueprints for every make and model vehicle. By performing exact measurements we can make minor or major adjustments as needed so all the installed body panels line up perfectly. See our videos on this website for more detailed information.

Why should I choose your shop over another in the market?

The shop you choose is ultimately up to you, by law your insurance company cannot make you use any particular shop. Because we work directly with all insurance companies, you will not have a problem using our shop.
We are also a "Direct Repair Facility", meaning we are certified and authorized to write estimates directly for many insurance providers and there is no other insurance company adjustor involved. To attain this type of authorization, a shop must meet the requirements of needed equipment, I-Car training certifications, maintain high customer satisfaction scores and repair inspection scores.
We are one of very few collision shops in NH to receive a Tier 1 score consistently each month with a major insurance carrier and we received the Autocheck Premier Achiever Award last year. Only 3% of the collision shops in the country achieved this status.

Bottom Line: We do the job right and we have the best equipment to do the job right. We work directly with your insurance company and we constantly keep you updated.

What if I have a question, or a specific issue or request, who do I talk to?

Chris Demers is the Collision Department's Manager and the owner's son. Chris also works directly with our insurance company, provides you with repair estimates and will have a rental car arranged for you.

Should you have a comment, question or concern the owner, Bob Demers, is in the shop every day and is always available in-person or by phone.
